Quarantine times - how are you doing?


How are you doing, friends?


I know I have felt overwhelmed, confused, and scared.


The only way I know to process is talk about it, write about it, figure it out together.


So let’s talk about it. How have you been feeling? What have you been doing? How is your life changing?


I’ll go first 🙂 I love skiing and ski coaching, With resorts emergency early closures, my heart is sad to say goodbye to ski season. I work at events, traveling globally for things like medical conferences, and the entire industry is on hold. I miss the people I ski with, I miss the colleagues I travel with!


As I process the evolving situation, this is what has helped me.


1- I view this as an interesting challenge. An interesting challenge is something to use your mind to figure out, rather than something to complain about.


2- Caring about others. There has never been a more important time for this. Do what you can, it could be as simple as checking on a friend with a text or a call 🙂


Friends, The most important things are staying healthy, taking care of each other, and taking care of yourselves.
